- What are lactation products and how do they work?
This is the result of the natural galactagogues- brewers yeast, flaxseed and oats which are in all of our yummy products.
- How do I choose between cookies or granola?
milk & cookies by Jewels lactation cookies are decadent and simply yum! If you have a sweet tooth and love an afternoon treat, then our cookies are just for you.
If you're looking for a dairy-free, egg-free and refined sugar-free option as a healthier alternative, then our lactation granola is perfect for you.
- How much should I consume?
Most Mamas find 1 cookie or a serve of granola every day supports their milk supply wonderfully.
We recommend eating 2 cookies on day 1 to initially give your supply a kick start.
- How do I store my cookies and granola?
Both products have a 6 month shelf life unopened. Once opened, please consume within 2 weeks. They are best stored in a cool spot in their tin.
- Can I make an order as a gift?
Absolutely! We think our products in our luxe satin giftbag make such a thoughtful new mum gift.
Please select giftbag along with your selected products at the time of ordering and provide the recipients address instead of your own. We would be delighted to write a personalised message on your behalf. SHIPPING
Parcels are posted at the start of every week and you will receive email notification of your tracking number.
Sunday night at midnight AEST is the cut off time for parcels to be baked and sent that week, which runs on a week to week basis.
Shipping costs are $10 for the first item and then a subsequent $2 per item thereafter.
Please ensure that you double check your address at checkout as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses.
If you're local to Ballarat, VIC- you are very welcome to arrange pick up of you parcel. Please use the codeword BALLARAT at checkout to remove shipping charges. We will email you to make pickup arrangements.
